How do you differ from other gyms?
Our gym stands apart from typical commercial gyms by offering a top-tier, semi-private facility.
With our booking system, you’ll never have to wait for equipment or struggle for space — we make sure your training environment is always comfortable and efficient. Plus, we provide you with personalised guidance, a structured program, and ongoing support. Our team is always available to help you every step of the way.
How does the booking system work?
We operate with continuous 75-minute training slots throughout the day. You simply book a time through our app that fits your schedule. The 75-minute format was actually chosen based on feedback from our members, as it provides enough time for a full, focused workout without feeling rushed. It also ensures you never have to wait for equipment and always have the space you need to train efficiently. If there’s ever a demand for longer sessions, we’re open to adjusting (we are a democracy)
How many people can train per slot?
We allow a maximum of 3 people per training slot.
While our space could easily accommodate 6–8 people per session, we deliberately limit it to three. This ensures that each person has their own rack and full access to all machines and equipment. Our goal is to give you an unshared, high-quality training experience where you never have to wait or compromise on your workout.
Do you offer any classes?
We don’t offer traditional group classes — instead, we focus on coaching and support that helps you become confident and independent in your training. Our goal is to guide you, teach you proper technique, and provide structured programming so you can take ownership of your fitness. You're never left on your own, but you’ll build the knowledge and confidence to train effectively for life.
How do I know if this is the right gym for me?

We’re ideal for people who want structure, guidance, and a space that’s never overcrowded. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into training, we’ll help you build the skills, confidence, and consistency to train effectively.
You don’t need to be advanced — you just need to be ready to show up and put in the effort. We’ll handle the rest.
How do you stop people from hogging spaces or equipment?
We’ve designed our system to prevent that from happening. Each session is limited to just 3 people, and every person is assigned their own rack and has access to all equipment. Since spots are booked in advance, we know exactly who’s training and when — there’s no drop-in crowding or competition for space.
Everyone follows their own program. You can only book 24 hours in advance of the session to keep the system fair and flexible for everyone.
Do you offer free trials?
We don’t offer traditional free trials — but if you’re seriously considering signing up, you're welcome to come by, check out the gym, and even get a session in. We want you to feel confident that it’s the right fit before committing. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange a time that works for you.

Are there any age restrictions?
